What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us at hello@jijikimi.com within 30 days of receiving your order (please include your order number), and we’ll assist you with your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you accept international returns?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

However, during periods of high order volume, we may not be able to make modifications.
